Holiday must haves.
My holiday must haves included a wide variety of different weird and wonderful products from books to eye masks. In flight entertainment is essential, I always bring a book or whatever it is that I'm reading, Laptop or iPad and my phone. Items such as face/ eye masks I find essential to have the prime opportunity to unwind and relax while flying. They help with soothing your eyes and relieving the feeling of tiredness and reducing the effects of the stress and business or packing and ensuring that you have everything you need.
Traveling and coping with mental health
When ever I'm travelling I always make sure that I have the support that I need to help me get through the days. Although travelling is a wonderful and amazing experience I cant help but feel trapped and isolated through the effects of my mental health. However, to get through it I always make sure that I have some earphones/ headphones, my phone, and at least someone I feel comfortable and safe around to help me battle through my continuous battle.Travelling while suffering from hay-fever
In case you didn't already know I suffer with terrible hay-fever, to the point where I cant breathe, smell or taste. So travelling abroad I always make sure that I'm well stocked with hay-fever relief such as tablets, tissues for all those many, many sneezing fits I will inevitably have.
Once I'm sure that I have everything that I need all I can do its finally relax and enjoy my holiday.
Loved seeing that you had tea and coffee down as essential travel items. My go to must haves
